1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vexo VPN application and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You may use Vexo VPN for lawful purposes including protecting your privacy, securing public Wi-Fi connections, bypassing censorship to access information, and any other activity that is legal in your jurisdiction.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service. We do not monitor, log, or inspect your traffic, but we reserve the right to suspend accounts reported for abuse.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
- Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Engage in copyright infringement or intellectual property theft
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
- Attempt to compromise, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service infrastructure
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. Subscription Terms
Vexo VPN offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
- Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe or through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Premium subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
To request a refund, contact us at support@vexo.eynullabeyli.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. Each Premium account supports up to 5 simultaneous device connections. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexo VPN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
